Heng Sothea

Sothea jointed the AIP Foundation as Program Manager in 2011. He is responsible for further development of AIP Foundation's programs and activities for the Cambodian context, oversee day-to day program activities, and enhance and manage relationships with various stakeholders in road safety such as Government, donors and NGO partners.
He started to work on road safety since 2008 when he served as Program Assistant of an INGO, Tokushima International Cooperation, worked closely with Ministry of Health, NRSC, WHO and other partners for road safety campaign, public awareness, advocacy and Strengthening Emergency Medical Service in Phnom Penh.
Sothea graduated from The Royal University of Law and Economics and hold a Master Degree on General Management. After graduation, he worked more then six years for private company in Phnom Penh, he gained strong experiences on private-public relation, marketing strategies, financial management and staff management.
