Children ages six and above must wear a helmet when traveling on a motorcycle or the adults carrying the child without a helmet will be fined VND100,000-200,000 (US$5-10), said Nguyen Trong Thai, Chief Secretariat of the National Traffic Safety Committee in a press conference in Ho Chi Minh City last Tuesday.
