Mirjam Sidik

Mirjam Sidik is the Executive Director of the Asia Injury Prevention Foundation Concerned by the growing crisis and impact of road crashes on poor economies, she joined the AIP Foundation in 2005 to improve road traffic safety in the developing world. In addition to the overall management of the foundation in Vietnam, Mirjam is responsible for the development of programs in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. Through the broad expansion of programs she has gained strong experience on public-private partnerships in traffic safety, and has built sound working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Mirjam Sidik graduated from the Justus-Liebig University in Germany and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business. She lived and worked in Germany, France and Switzerland before moving to Asia in 2001. She currently resides in HCMC, Vietnam and manages the AIP Foundation offices in Hanoi, HCMC and Bangkok, Thailand.
