Pagna Kim

Pagna Kim is a native Cambodian with an interest in global road safety. His involvement in road safety began in 2005 when he served as Executive Director of a local NGO, Coalition for Road Safety, and later was Road Safety Project Manager with the Cambodian Red Cross. Pagna joined the AIP in 2011. He leads AIP's public awareness education, school-based programs, advocacy and more in Cambodia.
Pagna Kim graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh with a Bachelor of Art's Degree in Sociology. He is pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the Chamreun University of Poly-Technology. In 2010, Pagna was awarded with a Cambodia Gold Medal by the Royal Government of Cambodia for his contributions to national development.
