Ha studied the Hotel and Tourism Management at Phuong Dong University in Hanoi from 1997 – 2001. Then she had a chance to study in a six-month English course in New Zealand where she greatly improved her English skills. She has also completed a short-term course of General Accountant at National Economy University. With three years of experience as a travel agent and a receptionist at a hotel, Ha joined AIP Foundation in June 2005 as a Administration Assistant.
