Protec Helmets donates child helmets, urges parents to protect children HCMC, 22nd April 2008 – Protec Helmets, a subsidiary of the Asia Injury Prevention Foundation (AIPF), hosted a Helmets for Kids donation ceremony today at Hoa Lu Kindergarten in Ho Chi Minh City.
